Your healthcare insurance
Your policy is being drawn up and you'll receive it by e-mail within two weeks.
We'll cancel your old healthcare insurance for you
We'll cancel your old basic insurance for you. If you also had supplementary insurance, we'll also cancel that for you. Unless you've indicated that you don't want that, of course.
Your first premium payment
When and how you pay your first premium depends on the payment method you've chosen when you registered. That way, you know exactly what to expect and won't be faced with any surprises.
If you've also paid a premium for your old healthcare insurance you'll receive the excess premium back from your old healthcare insurer.

Payment via iDeal
We'll send you a notification when you choose payment via iDeal. This will state the premium and when you have to transfer it to us.
Change your mind?
After your insurance has come into effect, you have 14 days to change your mind. Within that period, you can still cancel your healthcare insurance.
We may occasionally not be allowed to accept customers
Sometimes we aren't allowed to accept someone as a customer. For example, in case of payment arrears. Fortunately, this almost never happens. Is this however still the case? Then we'll contact you as soon as possible.
