Claiming by post
Would you prefer to claim on paper? Then fill in the claim form and add your original invoice. Send these to us together. The address can be found on the claim form. You will receive your reimbursement within 10 working days.

How do I submit a claim with a Personal Budget (pgb)?
You can submit your claims online or by post. Please claim your expenses monthly.
What is the status of my claim?
You can see your claim in My VGZ from 6 working days after receipt of your claim. You can then check the status yourself. Have you submitted your claim online? Then you will receive the amount that we will reimburse, in your account within 6 working days. If you have submitted your claim by post, you will receive the amount within 10 working days. We will also send you a healthcare costs statement. This statement lists what we reimburse and whether you will have to pay a deductible or personal contribution.
Until when can I submit a claim?You can submit invoices no later than 3 years after the start of the treatment.
How long does it take for my claim to be processed?Have you submitted your claim online? Then you will receive the amount that we reimburse, in your account within 6 working days. If you have submitted your claim by post, you will receive the amount within 10 working days.
My invoice is written in another language. Can I simply submit this invoice?We only accept invoices written in Dutch, German, English, French or Spanish. We may ask you to have an invoice translated by a sworn translator. You would have to pay the translation costs yourself.
